Dubai-based Opteam, an AI-driven construction planning and scheduling platform, raised a pre-seed round led by Plus VC, with SIAC Ventures, Dar Ventures and Oraseya Capital participating. The funding will support Opteam's expansion into Saudi Arabia and the wider UAE market.
TileGreen mixes low-value plastic waste with natural aggregates to create a concrete substitute that can be molded into tiles, bricks and urban furniture. The company has already partnered with real estate developer SODIC on early projects.
Opteam's AI-powered progress-tracking software was recognized for addressing long-standing challenges in construction project management, including limited on-site visibility, fragmented data and schedule overruns.
